SEC. 309. REPEAL OF DUPLICATIVE PROVISIONS. (a) Repeal.— Title V of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1992 and 1993 (Public Law 102–138), and the amendments made by that title, are repealed. (b) References to Date of Enactment.— The reference— (1) in section 11C(a)(1) of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as added by section 305(a) of this Act, to the “date of the enactment of this section”, (2) in section 81(a)(1) of the Arms Export Control Act, as added by section 305(b) of this Act, to the “date of the enactment of this section”, and 105 STAT. 1259 (3) in section 306(a)(1) of this Act to the “date of the enactment of this title”, shall be deemed to refer to the date of the enactment of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1992 and 1993 (Public Law 102–138).
