SEC. 307. TECHNICAL CORRECTION TO CIARDS MANDATORY RETIREMENT PROVISION. Section 235(b) is amended— (1) in the first sentence, by striking out “grade GS–18 or above” and inserting in lieu thereof “level 4 or above of the Senior Intelligence Service pay schedule”; and (2) in the second sentence, by striking out “less than grade GS–18” and inserting in lieu thereof “less than that of level 4 of the Senior Intelligence Service pay schedule”.
