Sec. 510. (a) Section 379c(b) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended, is amended, effective beginning with the 1966 crop, by striking out of the fifth sentence the words “normal yield of wheat tier acre established for the farm” and substituting therefor the words “projected farm yield”. (b) Section 379i of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended, is amended, effective as of the effective date of the original enactment of that section, by inserting in subsections (a) and (b) after the word “who”, wherever it appeal’s, the word “knowingly”.
