Sec. 514. Section 328 of the Food and Agriculture Act of 1962 is amended by adding to the end thereof the following: “In establishing terms and conditions for permitting wheat to be planted in lieu or oats and rye, the Secretary may take into account the number of feed units per acre of wheat in relation to the number of feed units per acre of oats and rye.”
