SEC. 345. USE OF APPROPRIATED FUNDS FOR EXPENSES RELATING TO CERTAIN VOLUNTARY SERVICES.Section 1588(c) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “may only be made from nonappropriated funds” in the third sentence and inserting in lieu thereof “may be made from appropriated or nonappropriated funds”.
