Nothing in this title shall modify authorities under the Act of February 23, 1917 (Smith-Hughes Vocational Education Act), as amended (20 U.S.C. 11–15, 16–28); the Vocational Education Act. of 1946, as amended (20 U.S.C. 15i–15m, 15o–15q, 15aa–15j j, and 15aaa–15ggg); the Vocational Education Act of 1963 (20 U.S.C. 35–35n); title VIII of the Housing Act of 1964 (Public Law 88–560); or the Act of May 8, 1914 (Smith-Lever Act), as amended (7 U.S.C. 341–348).
