appropriations Sec. 528. There are hereby authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part $40,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1966, $160,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967, $275,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968, and such sums for the two succeeding fiscal years as may be necessary to enable persons who have been awarded fellowships prior to July 1, 1968, to complete their study under the fellowships.
