SEC. 252. UNIVERSITY RESEARCH INITIATIVE.Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1992 pursuant to section 201, $182,373,000 shall be available for research and development under the University Research Initiative program of the Department of Defense, of which $30,000,000 shall be available only for research in advanced manufacturing technologies and industrial processes.
