SEC. 255. CONTINUED COOPERATION WITH JAPAN ON TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT.Of the funds authorized to be appropriated pursuant to section 201 for research, development, test, and evaluation for fiscal year 1992, and made available for basic research, exploratory development, and advanced technology, $10,000,000 shall be available for such fiscal year for research and development projects conducted jointly by the United States and Japan in accordance with section 1454(d) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (Public Law 101–510; 104 Stat. 1695).
