SEC. 611. REPEAL OF WARTIME AND NATIONAL EMERGENCY PROHIBITIONS ON THE PAYMENT OF CERTAIN PAY AND ALLOWANCES. (a) Imminent Danger Pay.—Section 310(a) of title 37, United States Code, is amended by striking out “Except in time of war declared by Congress, and under” and inserting in lieu thereof “Under”. (b) Family Separation Allowance.—Section 427(b)(1) of such title is amended by striking out “Except in time of war or of national emergency hereafter declared by Congress, and in” and inserting in lieu thereof “In”.
