SEC. 622. TRAVEL AND TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE FOR DEPENDENTS OF MEMBERS ASSIGNED TO A VESSEL UNDER CONSTRUCTION.Section 406c(b)(1) of title 37, United States Code, is amended by striking out “the location that was the home port of the ship before commencement of construction” and inserting in lieu thereof “the designated home port of the ship, or the area where the dependents of the member are residing,”.
