TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR TRIDENT MISSILES.

SEC. 124. TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR TRIDENT MISSILES. (a) Authority.—To the extent provided in appropriations Acts, the Secretary of the Navy may transfer, out of the unobligated balance of the appropriations for the Navy for fiscal year 1991 for other procurement that remain available for obligation, $56,700,000 to the appropriations for the Navy for fiscal year 1992 for procurement of weapons for the procurement of Trident missiles. Funds transferred pursuant to this subsection shall remain available until September 30, 1993. 105 STAT. 1306 (b) Relationship to Other Transfer Authority.—The transfer authority in subsection (a) is in addition to any other transfer authority provided in this or any other Act.
