SEC. 141. C–20 AIRCRAFT PROGRAM. Of the funds authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available for procurement for the Defense Agencies for fiscal year 1992, $93,000,000 shall be available for procurement of three Gulf-stream IV C–20F operational support aircraft. The Secretary of Defense shall assign the three additional C–20F aircraft to meet the operational support aircraft requirements of the Department of Defense.
