§ 8148. Reports The Secretary of Labor shall report to Congress at the beginning of each regular session on the work for the preceding fiscal year under this subchapter. The report shall include— (1) a detailed statement of appropriations and expenditures; (2) a detailed statement showing receipts of and expenditures from the Employees’ Compensation Fund; and (3) his recommendations for legislation.
