SEC. 835. REVISION OF RESTRICTION ON PROCUREMENT OF CARBONYL IRON POWDERS.Section 2507(e) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking out “The Secretary” and inserting in lieu thereof “Until January 1, 1993, the Secretary”; (2) by striking out paragraph (3); (3) in paragraph (4)(A), by striking out “by an entity” and all that follows and inserting in lieu thereof a period; and (4) by redesignating paragraph (4) as paragraph (3).
