§ 4307. Other rating procedures prohibited An employee may not be given a performance rating, regardless of the name given to the rating, and a rating may not be used as a basis for any action, except under a performance-rating plan approved by 80 Stat. 442the Civil Service Commission as meeting the requirements of this chapter.
