§ 1101. Appointment of Commissioners The United States Civil Service Commission is composed of three members appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, not more than two of whom may be adherents of 80 Stat. 399the same political party and none of whom may hold another office or position in the Government of the United States.
