SEC. 719. EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR THE USE OF DIAGNOSIS-RELATED GROUPS FOR OUTPATIENT TREATMENT.Section 724 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991 (103 Stat. 1478; 10 U.S.C. 1101 note) is amended by striking out “October 1, 1991” and inserting in lieu thereof “October 1, 1993”.
