Sec. 105. For the purpose of carrying out sections 307(a) and 403 of title 23, United States Code, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated the additional sum of $10, 000, 000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967; $20,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968; and $25, 000, 000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967.
