SEC. 521. INCREASED NUMBER OF ACTIVE DUTY OFFICERS ASSIGNED TO FULL-TIME SUPPORT AND TRAINING OF ARMY NATIONAL GUARD COMBAT UNITS. Within the end strength for the number of officers of the Army on active duty as of the end of fiscal year 1992 that is prescribed by section 401(a)(1), the Secretary of the Army shall assign 1,300 of the officers on active duty within that number to full-time duty in 105 STAT. 1362connection with organizing, administering, recruiting, instructing, or training combat units of the Army National Guard.
