Sec. 109. Section 451 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, which relates to contingency fund, is amended as follows: (a) Subsection (a) is amended as follows: (1) Strike out “1966” and “$150,000,000” in the first sentence and insert in lieu thereof “1967” and “$110,000,000”, respectively. (2) Strike out the second and third sentences. (b) Subsection (b) is amended by striking out “the first sentence of”.
