(a) Section 3(n) of such Act is amended by striking out “, except as used in subsection (s) (1),”. 80 Stat. 838 (b) Section 13(a) of such Act is amended— (1) by redesignating paragraphs (11), (13), (14), (15), and (21) as paragraphs (10), (11), (12), (13), and (14), respectively, and (2) by striking out or” at the end of paragraph (14) (as so redesignated in this subsection) and inserting in lieu thereof a period. (c) Paragraph (7) of section 13(a) of such Act is amended by striking out “or order” and inserting in lieu thereof “, order, or certificate”.
