Sec. 101. (a) Clauses (4) and (5) of section 23(a) of the District of Columbia Alcoholic Beverage Control Act (D.C. Code, sec. 25–124 (a)) are each amended by striking out “$1.50” and inserting in lieu thereof “$1.75”. (b) Section 40(a) of such Act (D.C. Code, sec., 25–138(a)) is amended by striking out “$1.50” and inserting in lieu thereof “$2.00”.
