Sec. 204. The members of the Council specified in paragraphs (1) through (7) of section 201(a) shall serve without additional coinpen-80 Stat. 919sation. The members of the Council appointed under paragraph (8) of section 201(a) shall receive $100 per diem when engaged m the performance of the duties of the Council. All members of the Council shall receive reimbursement for necessary traveling and subsistence expenses incurred by them in the performance of the duties of the Council.
