SEC. 1011. EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY FOR AVIATION DEPOTS AND NAVAL SHIPYARDS TO ENGAGE IN DEFENSE-RELATED PRODUCTION AND SERVICES.Section 1425 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (Public Law 101–510; 104 Stat. 1684) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking out “During fiscal year 1991, naval” and inserting in lieu thereof “Naval”; (2) by adding at the end the following new subsection: “(e) Expiration of Authority.—The authority provided by this section expires on September 30, 1992.”; and (3) by striking out “DURING FISCAL YEAR 1991” in the section heading.
