SEC. 1014. REPORT ON CRITERIA USED BY NAVY FOR RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SUBMARINE EXPORT LICENSE.Not later than four months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Navy shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the matters that would be taken into account and the criteria that would be used by the Secretary in determining whether to recommend to the Secretary of State that a license for the export of a submarine constructed in the United States be granted to the applicant for the license.
