SEC. 1015. FAST SEALIFT PROGRAM. Section 1424 of Public Law 101–510 (104 Stat. 1683) is amended by adding at the end of subsection (b) the following: “(4) The vessels constructed under the program shall incorporate propulsion systems, bridge and machinery control systems, and interior communications equipment manufactured in the United States.”.
