Sec. 620. During the current fiscal year, appropriations available to the Department of Defense for research and development may be used for the purposes of section 2353 of title 10, United Stages Code, and for purposes related to research and development for which ex-80 Stat. 995penditures are specifically authorized in other appropriations of the service concerned.
