plant and capital equipment For expenses of the Commission, as authorized by law, in connection with the purchase and construction of plant and the acquisition of capital equipment and other expenses incidental thereto necessary in carrying out the purposes of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, including the acquisition or condemnation of any real property or any facility or for plant or facility acquisition, construction, or expansion; purchase of not to exceed four hundred and fifty-one, for replacement only, of which six for police-type use may exceed by $300 each the general purchase price limitation for the current fiscal year, and hire of passenger motor vehicles; and purchase of one aircraft; $276,030,000, to remain available until expended.
