Military Assistance Military assistance: For expenses authorized by section 504(a) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, including administrative expenses authorized by section 636(g)(1) of such Act, which shall not exceed $23,000,000 for the current fiscal year, and purchase of passenger motor vehicles for replacement only for use outside the United States, $792,000,000: Provided, That none of the funds contained in this paragraph shall be available for the purchase of new automotive vehicles outside of the United States.
