Export-Import Bank of Washington limitation on operating expenses In addition to the amount heretofore made available for operating expenses, not to exceed $600,000,000 shall be available for such expenses from funds available to the Export-Import Bank, and an additional amount of $945,000,000 shall be available from amounts herein and heretofore provided for equipment and services loans.
