SEC. 1053. EXPANSION OF COUNTRIES ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN FOREIGN COMPARATIVE TESTING PROGRAM.Section 2350a(g) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting “and other friendly foreign countries” in paragraphs (1)(A) and (4)(A) after “major allies of the United States”.
