EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT National Council on Marine Resources and Engineering Development, and Commission on Marine Science, Engineering, and Resources salaries and expenses For expenses necessary in carrying out the provisions of the Marine Resources and Engineering Development Act of 1966 (Public Law 89–454, approved June 17, 1966), including services as authorized by the Act of August 2, 1946 (5 U.S.C. 55a), but at rates not to exceed $100 per diem for individuals, and hire of passenger motor vehicles, $1,100,000.
