Department of State international organizations and conferences International Conference on Water for Peace For necessary expenses incident to organizing and holding the International Conference on Water for Peace in the United States, including not to exceed $10,000 for official functions and courtesies, $500,000, to remain available until December 31, 1967: Provided, That this appropriation shall be available only upon enactment into law of S.J. Res. 167, 89th Congress, or similar legislation.
