higher educational activities For an additional amount for “Higher educational activities”, $30,000,000, which shall be for the purposes of title III of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended: Provided, That this paragraph shall be effective only upon enactment into law of H.R. 14644, Eighty-ninth Congress, or similar legislation.
