Sec. 204. (a) Section 8(b) of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by striking out “3% per centum” and inserting in lieu thereof “4 per centum”. (b) Section 8(h) of such Act is amended by striking out “section 1800 or 2700 of the Internal Revenue Code, and the provisions of section 3661 of such code” and inserting in lieu thereof “the provisions of the Railroad Retirement Tax Act”.
