SEC. 1085. EXTENSION OF OVERSEAS WORKLOAD PROGRAM.Section 1465(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (Public Law 101–510; 104 Stat. 1700) is amended by inserting after “fiscal year 1991” the following “or 1992”.
