SEC. 1091. ADMINISTRATION OF THE SELECTIVE SERVICE SYSTEM.Section 10 of the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App. 460) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(2), by striking out “without the approval of the Director”; and (2) in subsection (g), by striking out “semiannually” and inserting in lieu thereof “annually”.
