SEC. 2803. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY EMERGENCY CONSTRUCTION. Section 2803(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking out “, and” and inserting in lieu thereof “or to the protection of health, safety, or the quality of the environment, and”; and (2) in paragraph (2), by inserting before the period the following: “or the protection of health, safety, or environmental quality, as the case may be”.
