(a) Section 207(c) (2) of such Act of September 30, 1950, is amended by striking out “for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1964” and inserting in lieu thereof “for the second preceding fiscal year”. (b) Section 203(a)(3) of such Act is amended by striking out “1966” and inserting in lieu thereof “1967” and by striking out “30 per centum” both times it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “50 per centum”.
