SEC. 2837. REVISION OF LAND CONVEYANCE AUTHORITY. NAVAL RESERVE CENTER, BURLINGTON, VERMONT. Section 2837(c) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (division B of Public Law 101–510; 104 Stat. 1800) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)(A), by striking out “$1,500,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$800,000”; and (2) in paragraph (2), by striking out “January 1, 1992” and inserting in lieu thereof “January 1, 1993”.
