appropriations Sec. 906. There are authorized to be appropriated for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this title not to exceed $2,500,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967, and not to exceed $5,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968. Appropriations authorized under this section shall remain available until expended.
