Sec. 804. (a) Section 515(a) of the Housing Act of 1949 is amended by inserting after “income” the following: “or other persons and families of low income”. (b) Section 515(d)(1) of such Act is amended by striking out “elderly persons or elderly families” and inserting in lieu thereof “occupants eligible under this section”.
