Sec. 806. Section 517(a)(1) of the Housing Act of 1949 is amended— (1) by inserting “and” before “(B)”; and (2) by striking out “, and (C)” and all that follows and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “; but no loan under this paragraph shall be insured or made after October 1, 1969, except pursuant to a commitment entered into before that date; and”.
