SEC. 2304. DEFENSE ACCESS ROADS.Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2305(a)(7), the Secretary of the Air Force may make advances to the Secretary of Transportation for the construction of defense roads under section 210 of title 23, United States Code, at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland, and Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, in the total amount of $11,050,000.
