contracting for scarce medical services Sec. 112. (a) Chapter 73 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new section: 80 Stat. 1372 “§ 4117. Contracts for scarce medical specialist services “The Administrator may enter into contracts with medical schools and clinics to provide scarce medical specialist services at Veterans’ Administration facilities (including, but not limited to, services of radiologists, pathologists, and psychiatrists).” (b) The analysis of such chapter 73 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: “4117. Contracts for scarce medical specialist services.”
