CHANGE IN LOCATION OF PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED PROJECT.Section 2301(b) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991 (division B of Public Law 101–189; 103 Stat. 1634) is amended under the heading “oman”— (1) by striking out “Seeb, $2,200,000.”; and (2) by striking out “Thumrait, $23,600,000.” and inserting in lieu thereof “Thumrait, $25,800,000.”.
