SEC. 2204. DEFENSE ACCESS ROADS.Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2205(a)(6), the Secretary of the Navy may make advances to the Secretary of Transportation for the construction of defense roads under section 210 of title 23, United States Code, at various locations and in the amount of $1,000,000.
