Sec. 106. (a) Sections 586b–586e of subchapter 1 of chapter 18 of the Act of March 3, 1901 (D.C. Code, secs. 29–115–29–418), is amended (1) by striking out “Board of Education” wherever it appears in suck subchapter and by inserting in lieu thereof “Board of Higher Education”, and (2) by adding at the end thereof the following new section: “Sec. 586g. As used in this subchapter, the term ‘Board of Higher Education’ means the Board of Higher Education established pursuant to title I of the District of Columbia Public Education Act.” (b) Nothing contained in the amendment made by this section shall be construed as affecting the validity of any license issued by the Board of Education prior to the date of the enactment of this title.
