Sec. 313. Physicians appointed by the court to examine any person pursuant to this title and counsel assigned by the court to represent any person in judicial proceedings under this title shall be entitled to reasonable compensation, in an amount to be determined by the court, to 80 Stat. 1448be paid, upon order of the court, out of such funds as may be provided by law.
